"Together with two colleagues and the location director, we followed a series of media training sessions with Christine. Almere Jungle, part of Nieuwland WTZ, was experiencing strong growth. There were also plans for further expansion. With those future plans and the fact that we were increasingly approached by the media, media training was desired. Important issues were, for example, how do you present yourself and the company to the medium and how do you deal with the media in crisis situations. It was a pleasant mix of education and role plays where we could immediately put the tips and tricks into practice and also received good feedback from Christine and each other. In addition, we jointly created a Q&A which is still a lively document that is being applied. As soon as the media comes into the picture, the tips that we received during the training pop up again.
